We implement a rigorous, end-to-end quality control standard spanning from raw material selection to final high-speed dynamic testing. By utilizing advanced CNC machining and precise engineering inspection, we guarantee that every right-angle bevel gearbox, screw jack, and planetary reducer delivers a 100% reliable, zero-defect performance to earn and retain our global customers’ full trust.

Our testing capabilities underpin our long-term field performance:
- Material Traceability: Every batch of ductile iron, stainless steel, and alloy steel undergoes spectrographic analysis and ultrasonic flaw detection before moving to the production line.
- High-precision machining center：The housings of screw jacks, bevel gearboxes, and planetary reducers are machined using four-axis or five-axis machining, which better ensures concentricity, coaxiality, and other geometric tolerances.
- Precision Dimension Inspection: To ensure absolute quality, we deploy a comprehensive suite of advanced inspection equipment—including CMMs, micrometers, calipers, and height gauges—to meticulously verify every specified tolerance for 100% component compliance.
- Factory Load & Performance Testing: Every bevel gearbox, screw jack, and planetary reducer is subjected to dynamic torque, temperature rise, and noise level tests before factory clearance to ensure long-term, issue-free operation.
