Screw Jack Application in Radar Angle Adjustment
In this case, the mechanism body of the lifting jack is hinged to the supporting frame of the radar. The clevis end of the screw is hinged to the radar receiver through a pin shaft. The gear motor is directly coupled to the worm shaft of the screw jack, driving the worm shaft to rotate, thereby controlling the vertical tilt of the radar receiver.
Inside the rotating pedestal, a slewing bearing controls the horizontal rotation of the receiver. The combination of these two functions enables the radar to have omnidirectional target detection capabilities.

The screw jack is connected through the trunnion plate and the hinged holes of the photovoltaic bracket base. The photovoltaic bracket and the base are also connected through hinges.
The gear motor is directly connected to the screw jack through an adapter flange to control the lifting and lowering of the screw, thereby adjusting the angle between the solar photovoltaic panel and the horizontal plane. Since the equipment in this case is used in an outdoor environment, a flexible dust bellows cover is added to prevent the screw from rusting.

Screw Jack Solutions for Steel Strip Equipment
This system utilizes a synchronized six-jack linkage driven by a single electric motor. To compensate for the misaligned shaft centerlines between the low-mounted steering gearbox and the screw jack’s worm input, universal joint couplings are integrated into the drivetrain. The adapter flanges of the screw jacks precisely drive the vertical movement of the upper roller-equipped frame, while the lower rollers remain fixed. This allows dynamic gap adjustment between the rollers to effectively level and straighten steel strips of varying thicknesses.
