Heavy duty screw jacks are widely used in large-scale industrial lifting, precise positioning, and heavy-load synchronous jacking scenarios. Compared with ordinary light-duty screw jacks, heavy-duty machine screw jacks feature stronger structural rigidity, larger bearing capacity, stable self-locking performance, and higher safety during long-cycle industrial operation.
In this industrial heavy-load lifting project, we adopted a dual-point synchronous lifting solution equipped with two sets of 150-ton heavy-duty machine screw jacks. Each single heavy duty screw jack supports a dynamic load capacity of up to 120 tons, enabling the entire synchronous lifting system to bear a maximum dynamic load of 240 tons, fully meeting ultra-heavy industrial jacking requirements.
The two heavy-duty screw jacks are installed with a spanning distance of 4 meters, forming a stable dual-support lifting structure. The whole system is centrally driven by a 22kw three-phase asynchronous motor. Power and torque are evenly transmitted to the left and right machine screw jacks through a matched reducer and universal joint coupling, achieving fully synchronized lifting movement with a stable lifting speed of 80 mm per minute.
To improve installation tolerance and field adaptability, we adopted telescopic universal joint couplings for the transmission structure. This design allows reasonable angle deviation and height deviation between different mounting surfaces, effectively solving installation errors on construction sites and helping the entire lifting system achieve balanced, level, and stable assembly.
The heavy duty machine screw jack applied in this case features a 200mm outer diameter main body and a 25mm precise tooth pitch structure. With reliable mechanical self-locking performance, the equipment can maintain stable positioning under static load without back sliding, greatly improving operational safety during heavy-load lifting, stopping, and holding processes.
